This review is LONG overdue. Been living here for five years/ six years haven’t had any significant problems til earlier last year . SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY! Let’s start with the constant car robbings / jackings , if you have a Kia or Hyundai prepare yourself to have someone either smash the window or ( what happened to me ) have your car handle ripped off in attempt for someone to still it. Cool place to live
If you are looking for a place and times are (cheap in more ways than one) hard and you have no other options, ok. I understand that is why I moved there. This place is the MOST horrible unsafe place I’ve ever lived. The communication is unprofessional. I was there less than 30 days and someone attempted to break in my car. I saw other people’s cars windows smashed trying to enter. The dumpsters are ALWAYS full dirty and nasty but they have the nerve to make it seem as though it’s the residents who are filthy. Extreme roach infestation, don’t waste your time. Maintenance crew is extremely rude to women & they don’t do their jobs very well. Two orders for extermination, & it’s as if they brought more with whatever they did to “fix” the issue. Can’t use my dishwasher because it is a breeding ground for roaches. Once opened my dishwasher & my clean dishes were covering in Roaches. I’m exhausted & under a lot of emotional distress dealing with this company & I will be leaving as soon as possible.
