Extreme roach infestation, don’t waste your time. Maintenance crew is extremely rude to women & they don’t do their jobs very well. Two orders for extermination, & it’s as if they brought more with whatever they did to “fix” the issue. Can’t use my dishwasher because it is a breeding ground for roaches. Once opened my dishwasher & my clean dishes were covering in Roaches. I’m exhausted & under a lot of emotional distress dealing with this company & I will be leaving as soon as possible.
Do not move here!!!! Henderson Webb is all about a payday. They offer rude services all the way around from the leasing offices to the maintenance team. I just filed a maintenance claim three days in a row and had to speak with the regional manager to get someone out to my apt.(the a/c unit was leaking from the ceiling. This is an emergency yet three days go by with no response.) They then leave the closet a mess talking about a repair order that could take days to be done for cleanup. MANSFEILD WOODS ,Tops tier property management as well as higher up management… I cannot express that enough⭐️✨Very clean quiet neighborhood very pretty scenery, nice quiet neighbors , A1 HVAC & MAINTENANCE Team as a renter they make you really feel like you matter and that goes a very long way I highly recommend This complex, this is by far the best & only rental management company I have ever rented from❤️ chefs kiss.
DO NOT MOVE TO NO APARTMENT THAT THE GREENS OFFER , every community is trash when it comes to helping people out , maintenance is trash , THE AC UNITS ARE TRASH, they always going out in the summer like it’s purposely done , they have huge plumbing issues , you tell them what u need help doing, they ignore you then COME IN YOUR APARTMENT AND DO A HALF ASS JOB like you didn’t explain what u needed done , again DO NOT MOVE HERE, in the beginning they may seem cool and helpful but honestly they don’t gaf bout nun but them month... read more
