Parts Rip Off !!!! Dont ever Buy parts from them,I bought a fan motor that they charged me twice as much that is the going rate,Yes,I should have shooped around,but unfortuantly needed then ..Motors are allover the internet for $70-75,I was charged $150.. Yep Im a sucker,But they lost my bussiness,and anyone that I talk with also..
Parts sales i buy parts regularly from hendels under the handy man clause. I have shopped around and their pricing is pretty good and the fact that they are open saturdays and sundays helps me alot cause that is when I do most of my business and the other supply houses are closed.
Do not use Hendels Our house was built in the 1980s and had an air conditioning unit refurbished from the 70s. We decided to have it replaced in 2007. I wish we had stayed with the unit from the 70s since the unit put in by Hendel's has been nothing but a nightmare. We are still calling out service men to repair the unit. Each summer, it has shut down and needed service 3 times. Finally, last summer, the problem was realized - faulty installation. Basically, we have a swamp cooler and an air conditioner. Hendel's Air Conditioning has great service. I recently had my A/C system checked by Hendel's - they were prompt, courteous, and responded to all my requests - they checked both the outside unit, as well as the air handling system in the attic (the outside temp was at least 110 F!). I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
Top Notch I have been using Hendel's for my annual heat pump checkups for years. Their service call price averaged less than most and I never felt I was being taken.That's why I purchased a new Trane from them, when even I knew it was time to retire the old dog after 22 years of service.My new unit was cost competative, installed precisely as promised, runs quietly and performs great.All Hendel's personnel with whom I have dealt were courteous, concerned, cooperative and caring.I am indeed a a satisfied customer.
Hendel's Air Conditioning is the best! I had a new A/C installed a few years ago by Hendel's and I was very impressed with how fast they installed it. They arrived promptly and it was installed within a few hours! Hendel's is also the only company I will call for service. I tried to use the SRP referral and the company they referred me to couldn??t get the date right. They showed up a day before my appointment and I never called them back.
