Austin Thatcher from Henco came to replace my dead water heater. He removed the old one, installed a new one, and cleaned absolutely everything up in about six hours! Amazing!! Austin was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained everything about the process and was patient in answering my questions. I will use Henco again and hope they send me Austin.
Casey from Henco came out on a same day call. I had two previous estimates that felt unreasonable and out of scope, but Casey provided me a really clear and reasonable estimate, and then was able to do the work right away. Hey so we never used this service but the company should monitor who drives there vehicles.One of these vans just merged into our lane on the highway on the highway coming into Portland almost running us into oncoming traffic!! Very reckless driver
