The plumbers were good—no complaints there. Polite and competent, and the guy who came out initially to diagnose our problem was more knowledgeable and helpful than two older guys who came from other plumbing companies. My hot water heater pilot light would not stay lit and so I only had cold water. After a quick Google search I found Henco Plumbing and called. They could come out same day for $125, which they said would go towards the repair or replacement of my water heater. I called one other plumbing company and they couldn't come out till the following week so I opted for Henco. The tech showed up within a few hours.
