Although I thought the Henck team did a good job decorating I did not feel respected as a client. Christina did not have my back when tradesmen, she recommended, did not wear shoe covers or remove their shoes as we asked them to do and used bathrooms they were told not to use. Also, when an item was defective we were initially told that the vendor would not replace it.
