I quit smoking and it was easy. – Just want to write a quick review to say how amazed I am that the hypnosis worked on me. I really didn't think it was going to work but it did. I didn't smoke on New Years Eve! – I've been struggling to quit smoking for years. I've tried Wellbutrin, Chantix, and the patch. None of them worked for more than a day. Keli helped my mother stop smoking a few months ago and I'm just as pleased with the results. I haven't had any withdrawals or cravings at all. I'm shocked at how easy it was! I've lost 46 lbs of fat from hypnosis. – I started seeing Keli for weight loss about 4 months ago and I've now reached my goal weight. The hypnosis helped me in so many ways. First, it got rid of my anxiety. Second, it helped me eat less and enjoy it more. Third, it helped me to really like myself and accept myself for who I am. Forth, I now have a ton of energy. I quit smoking and got rid of my fear of flying. – I've been smoking for about 30 years and have tried to quit. My doctor gave me various medications that were supposed to help me stop smoking but none of them worked. I saw Keli for 1 stop smoking session a few weeks ago and I'm am truely amazed and grateful that I quit. Not only did I quit but it was really easy. I've lost 18 lbs so far with hypnosis. – I went to Austin Hypno-Wellness Center because I couldn't stop eating. I ate all the time. I think I was addicted to food. Keli helped me to really like myself and respect myself so much that I wanted to do things differently. I used to be addicted to diet coke but hypnosis helped me quit. – I really think I was addicted to diet coke because I used to think that I "had" to have at least 2 cans of diet coke a day. If it was the middle of the day and I hadn't had one yet then I would get a major craving for one....and I would be tired and crabby until I had one. I can't believe it....My Migraines are actually GONE!! – I've been fighting migraines since I was 17 years old. I've been to the doctors and have tried every medication on the market for migraines.
