Delicious and creative!!!
Just back from a meal at Hen of the Wood in Burlington it was the most amazing food and experience. The service was great and the people are fantastic. One of the best meals I have ever eaten. Thanks to all the staff.
Delicious dinner, superb service and spiced rum ice cream was just one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Thank you Hen!!
Was not pleased at all last night! I asked the head chef why they didn’t have the grilled octopus anymore and he said they felt bad for it😡 like really...what kind of answer was that😡! Also my monkfish was cold and not cooked to my liking😡🤢🤮!
RecommendedOMG amazing dining experience. The halibut was melt in your mouth. The beets were sweet yet savory. And don’t even get me started on the house made buns. Sat at the bar working, and was well taken care of by the knowledgeable friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back!
Amazing food and said to be one of the best restaurants in VT. Be prepared to shell out a Benjamin or so to enjoy a meal and drinks at this jem.

Hands down one of the top five meals I’ve ever been blessed to eat. A beautiful setting & a sophisticated menu filled with delectable gems you don’t tend to find at other restaurants. While sitting at the chef’s table, we watched the well oiled machine work in perfect unison and we enjoyed the fire from their brick oven.
