This place has some amazing food
The restaurant is very well situated in Burlington, next to the old Macy’s on Cherry street. The waiting staff are very polite, good conversationists, if not slightly overconfident about the restaurant’s fare (we were presented with a comparison to Noma in Copenhagen). The menu is fantastic and divided between sharing, small and large items. We had the ribeye and it was delicious. RecommendedOMG amazing dining experience. The halibut was melt in your mouth. The beets were sweet yet savory. And don’t even get me started on the house made buns. Sat at the bar working, and was well taken care of by the knowledgeable friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back!
Amazing food and said to be one of the best restaurants in VT. Be prepared to shell out a Benjamin or so to enjoy a meal and drinks at this jem.

Hands down one of the top five meals I’ve ever been blessed to eat. A beautiful setting & a sophisticated menu filled with delectable gems you don’t tend to find at other restaurants. While sitting at the chef’s table, we watched the well oiled machine work in perfect unison and we enjoyed the fire from their brick oven.
