The sales people are very friendly and professional. thats their job, they promise you the world. its the service people that matter, because you have to keep going back there for service every 5K miles. We went in twice for the same problem, they refuse to acknowledge it because they know that there is a law that if they can't fix the problem in two shots its considered a lemon, and they have to replace the car.
