Dr DeMaria is the greatest doctor! I’m so happy to have him as my primary doctor!!!! Highly recommended!!
This really sucks to have to do this because I really LOVE my doctors and they don’t deserve to get bad ratings. But the people in administration at the clinic most definitely 👎👎 1 ⭐️ to really be nice. Harmony Healthcare in Hempstead really does have one of the worst administration. To begin with when you call, please note: your calling a call center agency. Not the clinic. Presumably, from another country. No joke. Never their direct clinic. Dr. Vivia Francois is the best doctor , she is very compassionate and she listens to your concerns. The staff here is awesome and the facility is very clean
The absolute worst from start to end and I work in the medical fields so I have a full understanding of the internal processes. I scheduled my appointment about a month in advance they ran my insurance when i scheduled the appt . When I arrived they had no clue about my insurance and before they even checked they told me they don’t take my insurance . After doing an actual check they realized they did .
