My husband and I went to Ireland a couple months ago, where meat is king and the highest quality. Getting back to the States is a little sad to go back to our meat of pay an arm and a leg for what we had in Ireland. Hemplers is affordable and my husband was ecstatic when we found the natural cut bacon at Fred Meyer (in Ireland this was the only way we saw bacon and he loved it). We are trying to buy meat from USA and processed in USA. Called Hempler's and asked them to confirm... no answer... very concerned I ate their bacon from, or processed in, another country... NEVER AGAIN.
Love the uncured center cut bacon without all the added junk that comes in other brands!
