They are great for yearly testing. Buyer beware when they send you a quote for repairs. Their quote to repair my backflow was $395. I bought the parts from the manufacturer of my backflow for $56. For a guy who has never done it before it took me 30 minutes to figure it out. For a guy who does this and knows what he is doing could probably do it in 15 minutes.
