I received the best care here. I wish I would have started here instead of the er.
At first going to this place I had a great experience and then when my last banding turned into a thrombose hemorrhoid, Dr. Johnson left me high and dry. She offered no solution and basically told me to wait and come and see her when the swelling went down. It took two full months for the swelling to subside and for the bleeding to stop. I love the doctors here and they give a 1000 percent the best care I would refer anyone one to them the front desk staff is awesome and the medical assistants are top tier and both of the doctors are wonderful they listened and took time with me and made me feel wonderful
My experience with Dr. Poulos and her staff was amazing they made sure I was comfortable and explained the process, without hesitation I will return to her office if this problem occurs again.
I had painful hemorrhoids and did some research to find a clinic that could help. I found Dr. Denise Poulos at Women's Health Institute of Illinois and couldn't be happier. She explained the quick, banding procedure for hemorrhoids that had minimal pain. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend her and her team.
