Singlehandedly the best hematology office I've been to, to date. I've been seeing specialists for years and nothing touched on the service and care I received from this team.
Very mixed experience. In person, the staff are fantastic. The office visit was tremendous and everyone was wonderful. After diagnosis however... their care is greatly lacking. I have been told conflicting information from nurses who did not consult the doctor first, given wrong information and then called HOURS LATER with the correct information like nothing happened.
