This firm deserves a minus 10 Or worse for rating. Incompetent is one word that comes to mind. Over a year late completing our Oasis Tiki Project at Heritage Palms. I do not care what they quote Other words that come to mind are retribution to the 1600 doors that have not been able to enjoy the property that we pay for. We hired Hemmer Construction to complete a project for our Oasis restaurant and pool in our club community in Fort Myers, Florida. The project began in May 2024 with a projected completion date of January 2025. It is now July 2025, and after multiple delays—first saying August, and now pushing completion to October—there is still no clear or reliable timeline. Working on our new tiki and Oasis project. I am a member of the club that hired Hemmer construction. Project completion date was January 30th 2025. They were hired early 2024. It is now July and project isn’t completed and just gave us a new completion date early October. I was in the construction business as a Superintendent and Project Manager for 35yrs. Extremely professional, competent and great client service. First class at managing a medium sized projects. A bit challenged with the complexity of a large-scale program (such as a $10M+ project to renovate the atrium and all floors of our condominium). Creative and very cost conscious. Drive to great project ROI.
Kids running company have no clue what they're doing. Mismanagement is a huge problem. Charge customers for materials not used on that project. There are better contractors that can and do better work, without ripping off the customer. Stear clear! Go another direction rather than getting ripped off by these crooks.
