This salon has been a dream for me! The service is phenomenal and the detail they provide on suggestions of what hair products would be suitable for me is always next level!! It’s the only place that carries Oway products that are the best out there, and I have chosen to come here for years now! I highly recommend to everyone
Unfortunately, I will not get to experience this salon. It was recommended by a friend but I received terrible customer service in the middle of a winter emergency, uncommon in Georgia. I’m not from Atlanta and I’m not used to snow on the road. The forecast in my area changed very quickly and the snow began far early in the morning, unexpectedly. I love supporting local and organic salon's... However I will not support this one. $180 for a botched haircut and a 2 minute shoulder rub is robbery and you know it. This review is specifically for the owner Erin. I will not bring any other stylists into my review But when your stylist says "Oh well! Hair always can grow back" before she starts the cut ...Run
I had a hair appointment with Caitlyn and I am beyond happy with the way my hair came out. She is utterly amazing, she listen to what I wanted and not only did she delivered but outdid herself. The hair washing process was peaceful and I didn’t have to keep holding my head ( like most salons have you do). I was greeted by very friendly staff and the atmosphere is very calming and friendly. I finally found my hairstylist and I will continue coming back.
I’ve been coming here for years. I love the space, the care, the vibe, and the conversation here. I always feel well cared for. I feel relaxed leaving and always happy with my haircut. Plus, I park on the street (free parking). I don’t plan on going anywhere else!
