Great food, great atmosphere, great waitstaff.....A bit on the expensive side but for what you are getting probably not too much so. I'm just a little on the poor side LOL
I just wish I had read the other reviews before my party of 4 decided to eat there tonight. It was bad. The waitress was condescending, slow, and a little rude. The Oysters Rockefeller were the worst I've ever tasted and the raw oysters were the smallest I've ever seen. Thank goodness we sat outside as the inside dining area was obnoxiously loud. The singer's mic was way too loud for a dining atmosphere. I guess the only thing that was good about our experience was the lobster bisque. We won't be going back to Hemingway's.
Took my grandson Michael for his 21st Birthday and was totally pleased with Excellent food and atmosphere Our waitress Kat was fantastic

Our server was Jake he was excellent. We had a party of 8 (2 adults and 6 kids). JAKE Recommended really good food and was very nice. Food was excellent. This is our 2nd time going here and 2nd time we leave super happy.
Over the years, as a local, my friends, family and I used to go to Hemingway's several times during the year. We went there for dinner last night, and was very disappointed. Their happy hour ended at 5 o'clock, which does those of us who work no good, and they need to learn to cater to the locals, not just the tourists. Food was great. Quesadillas were awesome. Order the made from scratch key lime pie. $7.99 is a steal for such a delicious desert.
