True, the rent is outrageous, but we love our townhouse!!! We have great neighbors, the lawn always looks great, and anytime we have a problem it is taken care of immediately. We have found the people in the office to be exceptionally friendly. We would love to have a house, but this is definitely a nice alternative! :)
i live there for two years and they are very bad the niborhood is great but thats about all and the apartment was shitey and bad the roof leak all the time and all they did was pacth it up then everone has big ass dogs shiting in front of your door and the paint was bad and the water was always on and off and it took them for ever just to do one thing and the rent was out of this world i would tell everone never to rent ther becuase they just want your money and they will give you a bad report if they find out you move to an... read more
Nice neighborhood, but rent is at a ridiculous rate & to top it off they seem to think we enjoy our water shutting off EVERY week! How inconvenient is that?! Use the money I know theyre making to fix the dang problem.Its been awhile since its been happening, might as well move to the ghetto apartments where stuff like thats common!
