Their staff was rude and disinterested. I didn't feel welcome there. They were more interested in the money they could make from doing a crown($1100 out of pocket). Tey told me my insurance would not cover it for another year and a half. My insurance tells me it will be covered in two months! Another woman who was just finishing up when I went in was asking them why she had to pay for the teeth cleaning instead of the insurance plan she was under. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Once or twice, but not enough

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all
