Absolutely delicous, went for lunch,service was great I had the lobster special. It was so good, cant wait to go back.
Excellent service and food. Rhode Island clam chowder, fish tacos and salmon sandwich were superb.
Have been to Hemenways many times but yesterday I thought they were off a little. The staff was slow and seamed to be talking to each other instead of paying attention to the clients. Also when we both got our salads they looked as if they were a day old and wilted with just dressing added over the top of them. I never had this happen before for I like eating there all the time, maybe they just had a bad day! Disappointed today!
We go at least a few times a year and yesterday evening was our best time yet! Thank you, Joe and the rest of the Hemenway's staff!
If for lunch or dinner, personal or business Hemmenways is the best choice in Providence and one of the very best in all of RI/MA. The food is top notch and second only to the incredible servers who always make for a completely pleasant dinning experience. This is a personal favorite for me and my wife along with many of my clients who beg to revisit when in town. This place is a must when in state.
