Everyone here is outstanding. I am extremely grateful for my medical team. Dr. Harewood and staff are exceptional. They have such a great balance in this complex industry. In a time where you want to have a team that is super knowledgeable, you also want them to be compassionate and not feel like it has to be one or the other. she addressed my questios and concerns she did not rush and accually listened to me i was happy about my exsprence there
Dr. Harewood has neglected my care for over a year. I have had to plead for proper care for my anemia due to kidney disease to no avail. Instead of her increasing my injections she has continued to lower the dose which has decreased my hemoglobin to a point that I can barely function. She refuses to order IV iron for me also. She avoids emails and phone calls and when she doesn’t like the conversation she has you see a PA who only defends her. She has put my heart and kidney transplant in grave distress.
