Staff is friendly and professional. Took time to answer my questions in a way I could understand them.
I've had a couple hematologists now and she's definitely a top favorite. She's really good at explaining what's happening in a way I can understand it, and she's very thorough. She's not a doctor that will just brush you off or gaslight you about your symptoms.
Dr. Ferrari is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. She takes her time, she listens, and she addresses all of my concerns. Great doctor!
