Dr Tokola is a knowledgeable doctor but extremely poor communicator. Her staff props her up. Even though my final outcome was incredible her lack of interpersonal skills jeopardized the final outcome and entire patient experience. In my follow up phase she continues to fail to respond to direct questions and fumbles simple steps. Her staff works hard to cover for her
We had a 15 minute consultation. Dr Tokala was friendly. Knowledgeable. Answered questions. Made a personal call this am to tell us about a Bone Marrow test.
Treated outstanding. Very happy with all that I've worked with.
Dr. Tokala is really nice but acted like she was in a hurry. Made me feel like I was bothering her. New oncologist but I not sure I feel comfortable under her care. 😩
