They are attempting to charge me $250 to obtain my own medical records, which is illegal under federal and New Jersey law. Additionally, the customer service is unacceptable. I'm grateful for the service. I've gone for several years like twelve and though it may take time or paperwork requests get ignored if you remind them politely they do help. The doctors are knowledgeable and consider any requests for referrals or treatments. Sometimes it's empty and you're seen promptly. Other times you'll wait almost an hour. Oh my god. this is total scam! My father got cold and he went here yesterday. they told him to pay $110 just for common cold, even though he has an insurance. Worse place to visit
