If i can give this place a 0 I would , the doctors are so rude and so is their staff unprofessional and lazy .
Don't bother calling the receptionists.They hate the patients and treat you like a leper, but that's if they pick up the phone. And if they talk to you, they have thick accents sometimes completely foreign and will only happily put the phone down even while you're still talking. And they will never call you back. I have been with the doctors (Shah and Tolentino) for a long time and they are the only ones who can help you. Problem is: they don't like talking on the phone either. Very bad staff. They have no mask in the office so they make you go to next door pharmacy and buy mask for $2. Typical desi style.
