I'm grateful for the service. I've gone for several years like twelve and though it may take time or paperwork requests get ignored if you remind them politely they do help. The doctors are knowledgeable and consider any requests for referrals or treatments. Sometimes it's empty and you're seen promptly. Other times you'll wait almost an hour. I had a simple request to I have a letter sogned. The next time the nurse practitioner was in she signed but scratched out my credentials! The letter refered to me as Dr. Eng and she scratched it out! How dare you, a nurse, try to remove my education. I noticed this after having to pick up the letter in my free time ask the office workers lost the stamped, addressed envelope I provided with them.
