My husband and I were new to the Boynton Beach area. When researching for a Primary Physician for us, I selected Dr. Hemal Patel. We hit the jackpot!! Dr. Patel is very thorough and competent. He has a terrific bedside manner and is open to all questions you may have. His office staff and Medical Assistant are very kind and courteous and follow through with any requests you may have, including any medical history that is needed to be forwarded to any referrals. Went today for a new patient appointment. After checking in and waiting for around 40 minutes, the lady behind the counter asks me why I am there. So then I hear them talking to each other that I have not been checked in. Very disorganized very disrespectful of people’s time and appointments.
