Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
