Awesome bridal shop – I recently went to Hem& Her and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm getting married in a few months so I'm under a deadline. The day of my appointment I was running late due to traffic and the owners were really kind to stay after closing hours. My wedding gown is gorgeous and at a great price. I definitely recommend this place!!

This place is by far the WORST place in town! – I bought a Pronovias gown when I was living in LA last year, then I moved to Tucson and I was having a hard time finding someone to do "outside alterations" with my gown. I found Hem and Her online and saw that they sold Pronovias so I decided to call there, they agreed to take my "outside alteration". Booming Bussiness – Wonderful experience with this Bridal shop! Busy, but very affordable. I would recommend booking an appointment, and being there on time cause it seems to get busy fast. :)

worst customer service – Find another place to do business. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. My first 2 fittings went well as we tried different ideas. At my third fitting (of six quoted) I was so horribly treated by Joyce (seamstress/owner) that I couldn't stop crying and snot was literally running down my face as I stood there clutching my half-finished dress. Joyce tried to make me feel bad for not liking the ideas she suggested - stating that if I still wanted input in the design then she refused to help wit... read more

Avoid this place like the plague – My fiancee took my mother's wedding dress to Hem & Her for altering. By the time the dress was half-way finished, she refused to go back, as she had been treated so rudely by the seamstress with whom she had been working. I went back to the store for her, to collect the dress and they refused to let me have it unless I paid the quoted price, despite the fact it was far from done. Disgruntled with their own business – My fiance went in with her wedding gown to talk about getting her dress altered for our wedding. Joyce was nice and gave her a quote on how much the cost would be(around $200) and immediately started working up a plan on what they wanted to do with it. NEED SOMETHING FAST? THIS IS THE PLACE!!! – I had an online disaster with my bridesmaids dresses (the dresses weren't coming). I called and spoke to Brittany and emailed her a couple photos of what the dresses looked like. She printed up several items similar to the one I sent and in the same color. We ordered the dresses and they were here in 4 days! Everywhere else in Tucson was giving me a 6-8wk arrival time. I tell everyone about this place!!! My wedding is in 2wks and I cant wait!!! My Girls look good!
