Great work and customer service! – I had my dream dress but it was too big. Joyce took it and literally worked a miracle and in less than two weeks. It is perfect and I am extremely pleased. The customer service is friendly and helpful. Thank you so much :)

A This is the BEST place ever for alterations!! – If I could give more stars I definately would. This is the BEST place ever for alterations! We needed a rush job and they were VERY accomidating. Super nice people and Joyce knows her stuff! She also makes beautiful elegant dress's. Even though I live on the total opposite side of town the next time I need anything done I'm going to Hem & Her!!

The ONLY place to go, not just for alterations but dresses! – If I could put 10 stars I would. I had a ball gown with lots of detail and bead work. I needed to have it taken down from a 16, to approximatly a 6. I had called everyone in Sierra Vista and even David's Bridal where I had unfortunatly bought the dress, said it couldn't be done, to go buy a new dress. Joyce was able to do it, and on VERY short notice. I took it to her on a Wed. afternoon and I needed it by Fri. at 3:00 P.M. It was done and hanging, just waiting fo... read more

Excellent Service – II took my new suit to Joyce to have it altered to my specifications which was very difficult. I found her to be a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. My suit turned out exactly the way I wanted. Great Job!!!! Thank you!! Rich

HIGHLY RECOMMEND – I loved my experience at Hem and Her. I was looking for a wedding dress all over town and couldn't find to right one. Until my co-worker told me to go to Hem & Her. I was amazed at what they have there. The wedding dresses are beautiful. I love every dresses I tried on and made hard for me to decide which dress I should choose. HIGHLY RECOMMEND – I absolutely loved my experience at Hem and Her. I went in about a week ago to get a dress taken up and I was in a huge rush! I was welcomed by a wonderful family of three who were so very sweet. Joyce did a GREAT job on my dress and did it super fast! I was going to ask for a normal hem and she had a great idea that made it way cuter. I am going back next week for another dress. : )

Best in the west – Planning my daughters wedding has been keeping us very busy, trying to get everything done. We had used Hem & Her before for tuxedos and also for my daughters wedding, of course planning a wedding something always goes wrong. My younger daughter who was a flower girl got her dress from a bridal company and it did'nt fit, i was horrified i did'nt know what to do, but when i was getting the tuxedos there i watched Joyce and Marv work hard for us they hemmed the tuxedos there and even made a vest bigger right... read more

Should have gone there first.. – I had such a hard time finding the right color green for the dresses in my wedding. For my flower girl, age 10, I had gone to about 6 shops, and still hadn't found what I needed. I went to Hem and Her, and found a good match for my color, but the dress was a womans cocktail dress. Joanne, the seamstress, suggested we take it in for her, and then add a ruffle on the bottom to make it floor length.
