I was due for my 6 month inspection and I took the opportunity to also get my ring resized. The associate processed everything and usually they give me a copy of my receipt and a promise date but they did not. I had asked the associate when I will be receiving it back and she said “for this, it should only be a week.” I said great. A week passes by and nothing. Great store! But I really want to highlight one of the managers, Teanna Russel. She is hands down the most amazing sales person I’ve ever worked with. Her service was excellent—she kept me updated when necessary, never hounded me, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. She never pushed or tried to upsell me beyond what I wanted, which made the experience feel honest and stress-free. Truly outstanding service!
