Do yourself a favor a please avoid this place. The manager Janet is EXTREMELY rude ! I was told my ring was ready for picked up. As you can see my ring is roses gold but in this case half was a different color. I am not from the area, therefore it is time wasted coming to find my ring like this. The associate did not know what to say nor I ever received a phone called, I had to call 3 days later to find out what was going on.

I have spent thousands at Helzberg, I have more than just multiple items from them and always purchase a lifetime warranty. Today I stopped by to drop off the necklace for repair, and they close at 8, but as you guessed - they closed before 8 and refused to take my necklace for repair. Horrible store, unresponsive manager, do not recommend!

I recently bought a pair of earrings from this jewelry store and came back to exchange them. Unfortunately, my original sales associate was on vacation, and the other staff seemed reluctant to help since the sale wasn’t credited to them. Thankfully, Huisa stepped in and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to assist me, and her attitude made all the difference. If you’re shopping here, I highly recommend asking for Huisa—she truly cares about her customers!
