Sent my Jewelry in to be serviced on February 25th. I was given a completion date of March 10th since the repairs would be backed up. It is currently March 17th and I had to call in order to find out if my Jewelry was ready. When I called they couldn’t find my order via my phone number but then never even asked for the Reference/Repair order number.
