I was in this past weekend.. Both Nicki and Jennifer were extremely helpful. Nicki cleaned my ring for me and gave me good information on resizing, such as the cost and how long I could expect it to take. Super patient, nice and professional. Jennifer let me try on some bands and gave her professional opinion on which ones worked with my ring and which ones weren't a great fit, so much appreciated. Nicki and Jennifer were bother very lovely to myself and my significant other while we came in for a visit. The atmosphere of the store is clean, tidy, orderly, well-lit, and the displays are all well put together. We came in for help with gold and diamonds, as well a sizing. What I love most about this store location, which sets it aside from other jewelers, is the customer service and attention to detail.
