I have been a long time customer at this store but the quality of jewelry care and repair is TERRIBLE now days. On 3 separate occasions I have brought my ring in because the center stone is crooked and one of the prongs is wildly thin, and it comes back from “repairs” looking exactly the same, if not worse.
