Always liked this place, until they made me feel I was asking for a free repair. Got the crown of my engagement current ring and diamond upgraded in this store in 2023, got my husband’s engagement ring there too, staff have been always nice. Had some stone adjustments there in July 2025 (same ring), now in January 2016 The crown broke, almost lost the diamond and I felt treated so poorly! Not even repair discount offered, nothing!
