My wife bought me a very nice Citezen watch for Christmas from Helzberg Diamonds inside the Meadowood Mall. The watch had a defective link in the band, not allowing it to hinge. We took the watch back to the store to have it repaired or replaced. They took it to the back and a short time later brought it back out. The link now hinged but the finish was scratched. To be honest this happened to me a few years ago. I was shopping for diamond earrings for a Christmas present. The manager at the time showed me several sets and I picked what I thought was a nice quality diamond from the case. He went about his business taking tags off while I wondered around. He called me over when he was ready to check me out. Everything was fine until the gift was open on Christmas day. This place is absolutely horrible! I would not even send my worst enemy here. These people prance around in dress appareal and they barely make minimum and barely any commission. This company is a joke. My fiance and I decided to cancel a layaway that we had for our bridal set, cancelled back in March.
