Got my fiance's ring here and mine came from here as well. We both had a great experience! The quality of there diamonds are great and we had a wonderful sales representative. She was very knowledgeable about diamonds and provided great customer service!

Worst customer service! They are really pushy about making their sales. I went in to get a ring cleaned and inspected ONLY(per previously purchased insurance). From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out, 3 sales women kept pushy me to pay $140 to get my ring appraised. It is something I am interested in but just not at the moment. Well, lets just say they don't deserve any business. I have been a Helzberg customer so I get catalogs home very often. I had liked a white sapphire ring on the catalog that I wanted to try before I buy. I usually go to Helzberg in Hurst Mall but since I was in Parks Mall I decided to stop by and try that ring.
