Good Selection of Childrens Jewlery This store has a beautiful selection of jewlery. Everything looks top notch and very appealing. They have a special room you can go back a look at their diamonds in detail. The sales people are great and don't pressure you into anything. Nice Selection They had a nice selection of jewelry. For a person like me who didn't know what to get his girlfriend for her birthday, this is the place to go. The lady that helped me showed me everything that was in my price range and she helped me pick out the perfect neclace for my girlfriend. They could be a litle pushy to get the sale though. This location is by far the WORST of any I’ve ever been to and we’ve spent thousands of dollars with helzberg over the past few years at multiple different locations. My wife has gone in on multiple accounts to get an inspection so we can maintain an active status on our warranty and was told either they were too busy and didn’t have time for her or that they refuse to inspect it due to COVID regulations.. while I understand the COVID regulations, she was also informed “you… See more

TJ, an employee at the Arlington store, literally THREW OUT three pairs of my diamond earrings when my husband brought our jewelry in for inspection (sending my husband home with three boxes from our other inspection jewelry, with one empty due to the missing earring sets), including two pairs that had sentimental value due to them being my wedding jewelry. My husband bought me a ring on February 10. Was told it would take 4 weeks to special order the size. On March 9, I was told it was really 10 weeks. April 6 and haven’t heard a word. Called today- after 30 minutes on hold, was told now April 24, and should have understood that it was a special order. Would not have bought it if we were told more than 4 weeks. Guess they knew that. When I get another ring, after another 35 years of marriage, prob won’t buy it there.
