I knew nothing of diamonds until I was sat down and asked to look through the microscopic glass, man, are they beautiful. I became a fan of them afterward. So dense and infinite.. I forgot his name, but he is the head staff of the place, and he is just so kind and classy. I really appreciated what I learned from here and left wanting to come back.. I recommend coming here and I support Helzberg Diamonds of Champaign/Urbana.

Super disappointed. Was looking to upgrade my 10 yr old ring that was together with my band. I was told my options were to take the rings apart and buy an insert because they couldn't match my wedding band. I gave them my rings to send to a jeweler to take them apart and fix a prong as well as plate them. Was told 7-10 days. I went back to the store at 12 days, still no rings.
