Every time I stop in for my cleaning at this location everyone always acts miserable or not interested in helping cause they’re not making money off me. We in today and seriously the woman wouldn’t even look at me while I was asking questions. I didn’t pick where my ring was bought but for the price you pay for a piece of jewelry from a shop like this I’d expect exceptional customer service each time I’m in the store not just when they’re getting my money. This place ordered a wedding ring the wrong size and blamed my now wife for the mistake. Their idea of making up for completely botching our wedding as far as tings goes was telling my wife after the wedding they will order it in the right size. Geee thanks guys you really made up for that one.
