I took my wedding set in to be inspected and cleaned while in town for a few days for a wedding. I hadn't been near a Helzberg for few years due to moving twice and from one side of the country to the other, but the associate checked my ring and found a broken prong. She was able put a rush on it, and it was ready to go before we had to leave. Thank you for excellent customer service and a speedy repair. My rings look like new now and I am very happy we chose Helzberg Diamonds as our jeweler!
Lisa Lantz (store manager) was absolutely amazing. We had some issues with my engagement ring and she fixed everything in the matter of an hour (picked out a new ring, ordered, and out of the store) and gave us 100% what we paid for my original ring a year ago.
