I normally have a good experience here except for today. I went in to buy something not very expensive and I I must have been wasting the Sales associates time. She showed us a couple things and then shoved us off onto another person. As soon as we walked away with the new sales person she’s already asking other customers if they need help. We will never buy from here again! My ring has been in and out of repair and supposily dipped not even month ago and is looking tarnished already..it snags on everything but they say everytime its fine looks great...final straw... My husbands tungsten ring broke and they would do nothing since no extra coverage bought at time of purchase but willing to sell to us now. The lady working at Helzberg in the mall was patient when we tried to decide the anniversary gift my hubby was getting for me. Since I like bracelets, we decided on a bangle bracelet with the saying 'To The Moon & Back'. This is our new'mantra' to each other! We'll be back for our next anniversary (15th)....perhaps for an diamond anniversary band. ;)
