Found a beautiful wedding ring and had everything ready to go. We got approved for a credit line but unfortunately the man who helped us in the store lied to us about how much our monthly payment would be. So we ended up not getting it. I will never purchase anything from this helzbergs and I highly suggest no one else does. The employee's at this location are extremely rude, unprofessional and selfish. I have had two terrible experiences with them. Long story short we did not receive our wedding band until after our wedding. The man that "handled" this situation was nothing short of a child. My daughter had an issue with her engagement ring. We went there yesterday evening. Rebecca in sales, and Kalen also in sales were very kind and helpful and worked with her for over two hours to rectify the situation! Joseph had my ring cleaned and brought us bottled water. The manager Troy worked with my daughter to get a great end result!! The district manager Josh even intervened and helped! Jewell and Rebecca in customer service were very sweet as well.
