I bought my fiance's ring on Amazon and her stone fell out so I came to Helzberg hoping to get a new one. I showed them a picture and they scrolled down on my phone to see how much I spent then said, "was it really that much?" Never using Helzberg for any of my jewelery needs.

I never take the time to write reviews for places I've visited. I'm excited that a GREAT experience is what prompted me to write this one. This store has always been like visiting a friend. I was in last week with a ring that was purchased from Justice and everyone that I talked to was so helpful and friendly, especially Terry!! She is great and a top reason I will look at doing business with the Springfield, MO Helzberg in the future.
