Purchased my halo engagement ring in 2014 at the mall of America helzberg location. I was informed at time of purchase that if I wanted to upgrade, it would need to be double the price of original ring. She really took the stress out of the situation and made it fun and exciting. Since then she’s always helped us with getting jewelry cleaned and making sure the diamonds in my ring are staying put any time we stop in and always has a smile.

Where do I even start...My fiance and i bought rings from this store, the sales person was clearly on commission because all they wanted us yo do was buy something and get out. Fast forward to a year later, we got the ring appraised for our records, come to find out Helzberg Diamonds is fraud.
