The staff and atmosphere here were all very inviting and warm. � I cannot wait to come back and admire all their beautiful pieces - there were too many to observe at once! Highly recommend doing business with this location over any others in the Duluth area.

Was there yesterday and the lady helping us was so rude. Dark hair lady maybe in her 50s with glasses. Never going back after what happened yesterday. All I wanted to do was resize a ring, do an exchange and pay the difference of a more expensive ring. Then she decided to return the ring and look at me with some rude glares saying "omg I'm so confused..." so annoying and inconvenient. Turned around and went to KAY
Terrible service. 3rd time my ring has gone in for my diamond out. Rude people!
