Having $10,000 in credit cards and spending a decent amount with helzberg over the last year or so, I will be cutting them up. I will NOT do business with comenity bank! I think the existing customers who have a balance should be able to fulfill with Capital One. We chose helzberg because of capital one! You lost us as customers and I’ll be sure to tell everyone who you bank with! I’m so disappointed

As much as I’d like to recommend this place, I just can’t. The staff were polite however I just got my ring in July 2018 and it’s been back at their store more for repairs than I’ve had the chance to wear it. The prongs have broke, the diamonds have fallen out and now when I went to pick it up today for the 5th repair, they have lost my band that goes with it. I will NEVER go to them again for another piece of jewelry.

If only I could give them 0 stars. I’ve had my engagement ring since June 2016 and I’ve had it repaired once every two months since then, if not more frequently. The quality of their jewelry is a joke, as are the jewelers they use to do their repairs. I’m just sad my husband spent so much money on what seemed like a beautiful ring but is no more than a worthless piece of junk.

We have taken my wedding ring back to the store to replace diamonds at least 7 times so far, and we haven't even had the ring for a year yet. We just went in today to pick it up from having a diamond replaced, but noticed ANOTHER diamond was missing. We drove all the way to Tulsa to pick it up, just to hand it right back to them to fix again! It is beautiful jewelry and great service at the store, but it is so annoying having to make trips to Tulsa every month to drop it off and pick it back up.

Husband bought me a peace sign charm(love peace signs,very hard to find) with crystals for our anniversary in July. I wore it as a necklace. Well now it's Nov and 2 of the crystals have fallen out. Went to Woodland hills store and asked about getting it fixed, was told they don't do that and that I should try the swarovski store across the way. So I informed my husband don't buy me anything ever again from Helzbergs. If it wasn't for the fact that we have been married 25yrs, I would make him take my ring back.
