Took 2 pieces of jewelry in for simple repairs....in addition to charging me way more than it should've been, & having to wait way too long for them to be ready.....when I picked them up, the ruby ring band in which I needed a ruby reset (I had the loose gem), the tissue paper was opened & out fell my ring and the LOOSE stone that was not fixed at all. RecommendedMy husband has bought me 2 watches , my engagement ring, my wedding bands, a tennis bracelet and diamond earrings from the Promenade Helzberg store. Karen and Chris have been apart of all the purchases. They have always treated me like family, but today I saw their true hearts. My husband purchased my wedding ring here 7 years ago. I adore it. We also purchased two more rings recently. Both Angel and Chris helped us. They are outstanding! They were full of smiles, friendly and super helpful. I love this store and them. Remember good old fashioned customer service? They have it here. I wont go anywhere else!
