Helzburg diamonds is such a great place! My fiance(then boyfriend) went to other stores to ring shop and when we came here they sat us in the diamond room and went over everything with us and helped us pick out my dream ring. We just stopped there today to get my ring cleaned for upcoming engagement photos and I just love that they remember who we are and ask how we are doing. Truly a one of a kind experience. Holly E and Kara T are absolutely wonderful people and we enjoyed working with them to find my dream ring!!
Emmie at the store in Westroads mall was amazingly helpful in getting my ring fixed. She made a stressful situation easy to handle. Thank you so much Emmie. People like her are what keeps me coming back.
I had to have my solitaire and wedding band sized and soldered together. The staff gave me a two week projected completion date. I was able to pick up my ring within ONE WEEK!!! Customer service was excellent!
The quality of the jewelry is not good. My husband purchased a mother's ring for me February of this year (2015). Since then I have had to take the ring back four times. The first two time was due to the same stone falling out. The 3rd time because the same stone was not properly secured in place. This time because when they replaced the same stone from the previous time they replaced it with a smaller stone and now doesnt look right. Frustrated with their customer is always wrong approach to customer service.
