Helzberg as a whole has horrible customer service. They will make mistakes and expect you to pay for it.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don’t typically write reviews but I really hope everyone thinking of going to this location reads this post. I bought my husbands WEDDING RING here. They sized him incorrectly. An entire size to be exact. We sent it in to get sized. They gave us a promise date for 4 weeks. We called a few days after the promise date. I bought a $700 watch from this location 3 days ago. I was told it had a 30 day return policy. they ask if I want to wear it out of the store. Yea, sure. I get out of the mall and the clasp unlocks ever time I bend my wrist, so i place it back in the box and bring it back the next day. they resize it again. I wear it out, and once again, it unclasps itself. ok, so back in the box. The assistant manager wouldn’t let me exchange a silly $100 ring my husband bought me, even though I was going to buy something more expensive. She had OPEN, OOZING sores on her lips, so I didn’t want to talk to her for very long. My 73 year old mother worked for Sterling jewelers for ten years, and suggested an exchange should be reasonable. Assistant manager was hostile to an elderly lady and made her cry. ordered a ring. it came in the wrong color. even after putting the new ring next to the display ring I had been expecting, 2 of the employees kept saying "it looks different than he remembers." What I remember was right in front of them and a completely different color than what I paid for. on top of that, they say there's no way to tell the manufacturer that the color was wrong so the re-order might be the same ugly, industrial steel refrigerator colored metal they tried selling me today.
I am truly blown away by the customer service at this location. The staff works together and are very patient each and every time I come in to look. I am very picky and I have a hard time finding what I like but each time Tiger and the other staff listen to what I am describing and I am able to find the PERFECT piece.
