This place is great if you want to get charged a fee for the convenience of paying your rent the only way they will allow, mess up maintenance requests and straight up lie to you about the delays, and send out threatening emails about community upkeep but fail to provide much in the way of assistance. Jim Helsel should eat live bees.
Terrible management company. They don't fix anything that breaks, they jack up rent on current tenants, and treat tenants very poorly. I would stay away from any property managed by this place at all costs.
