Terrible management company. They don't fix anything that breaks, they jack up rent on current tenants, and treat tenants very poorly. I would stay away from any property managed by this place at all costs.
If life gets you down, just think to yourself "at least I am not one of the people that work for this degenerate ran company". That will cheer you right up!
After having a horribly property management group for 3 years I look forward to being a customer under this group moving forward.
Maybe property management can manage something other than the overpriced rent and possibly get the squatters/friends that are bouncing between unit B15 and the other trash in building A. Why don't you put something in the lease about noise so the police can do something since no one in management will. Your tenants are being harassed and annoyed and even blabber mouth Barb says you won't do anything to help.
