I called to ask if they do cistern repairs. The girl on the phone said no. I asked if she knew anybody in the area that did cistern repairs, and she informed me she didn't know what a cistern was. Professionally speaking, don't tell people you don't work on a specific thing if you DON'T KNOW what that specific thing is. Instead, go ask someone else who knows more, because you might have just lost your company money.
