Highly unprofessional. I had the owner as my counsellor. As a victim of infidelity, she had me take responsibility for my spouse's affair. Instead of receiving words of encouragement, I was ridiculed and talked down to. I could not believe what was being said to me! After two sessions, I was out of there. I went on to see other therapists and counsellors to get over the trauma of this counsellor. The owner is very inexperienced in the field of counselling.
