It was just fine. Everyone was so helpful and kind.
I absolutely can’t recommend Sonya and Tami enough, All The 5 Star Reviews are True, From greeting with smiles and professionalism, I had a bad back up of wax that was years old Sonya removed it with ease. And I got to watch my ear being cleaned, it was absolutely Painless, and I can hear great again. Go here for your cleanings. Thanks again, Ladies.
Have not had a chance to use this place, because I called early on a Friday to get in due to ear issues and vertigo that could be caused by ear blockage on one side. No one ever answers the phone there and they don't return calls. There’s only 2 people that work there..Tami is the “office manager” which implies she manages the office…wouldn’t that also include listening to voice mail messages and returning calls? Maybe Tami is picking & choosing which calls to return, what services would bring in the most money & return thos... read more

Sonya and Tami were really awesome! I had really bad tinnitus on my left ear, didn't have an appointment, came in real early to get checked up. I happy they got me in and took care of my tinnitus and ear wax build up. I wish I can give them 10 stars instead of 5. Thank you ladies for your help! If anyone has any ear problems, please come visit them!
