Came here to write a review and shocked to see these others . I am a business owner. I hired and appreciated the service received by this company. The service to detail and compassion given to my needs was amazing. I am aware of these sites to give a review. However I feel they are a crock, and never have cared to show interest prior. But after these ladies showed up and completed a task I thought was too good to be true. I was so impressed that writing a review is mandated. Broken glass, half done job for $180 The cleaning girl they sent used a dirty rag that smelled like mildew. She left dirty counter tops, shelves and window sills. This was supposed to b e a deep clean. She also broke and promised to replace a glass candle set.When I called to see when she was coming back to finish the half done job and replace the glass, the owner, Debbie, yelled at me, and said she wasn't coming back. NASTY OWNER/ DISGUSTING ATTITUDE *DO NOT USE* I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS NO GOOD COMPANY 0 STARS, BUT SINCE I MUST RESORT TO 1, I WILL EXPLAIN WHY. Best Cleaning Company in Tucson I have used several cleaning services in the past few years. All I have to say is Helping Hands is the best I have ever used. I feel it was the best money I ever spent on cleaning. From the phone call, which was very thorough on what they tell you, to the ladies coming to my house and cleaning. Best Money ever spent I hired Helping Hands Cleaning to clean my house. I have used other services before I've been mostly happy with their service. Until I hired Helping Hands Professional Cleaning.
