Zero stars. This company deletes staff concerns, ignores problems, and pretends everything is fine. I spoke up about full-time staff not getting promised hours, and instead of addressing it, the director Breck Stanley literally followed me around the building all day. That was my last day. If you’re a parent—beware. Kids here will not get consistent RBTs. I was forced to supervise two children at once because one had no coverage for over 30 minutes. I would give 0 stars if I could. I sent a company-wide email about inconsistent hours for full-time RBTs at Helping Hands Family, an ABA company. I worked at the Columbia, MD clinic. Instead of addressing anything I said, they deleted the email, pretended nothing happened, and had the regional manager/director Breck Stanley follow me to every room I was in today.
